CUSTOMER SERVICE

Shipping & Delivery:  Orders placed during regular business hours will be fulfilled within a 48 hour period.  Weekend orders will be fulfilled on the following Monday.  All orders will be processed through USPS Priority mail and should be received within a week.  

Returns:  Unopened Skincare Products may be Exchanged for a Service Credit or a Product of Equal Value within 14 days of purchase.  A 20% Restocking Fee will apply. 

Product must be mailed back or dropped by the studio within the 14 day period or exchange/return cannot be guaranteed. 
In the rare event you receive an item you did not order, please call the Studio within 48 hours. 

Payment :  We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover.  We do not accept AMEX.

In-Stock items are filled within 48 hours.  We will notify you if any product ordered is out of stock. 

Privacy:  We collect names, addresses and email addresses for our use only.  We do not sell or give out any personal or private information.
